Sulitest Launches The Assessment of Sustainability Knowledge
The new online sustainability knowledge assessment tool, known as The Assessment of Sustainability Knowledge (TASK), aims to provide relevant and comparable metrics for tracking and monitoring sustainability education programs. Participants receive a certificate that allows them to share their sustainability knowledge. Approximately 20 universities and business schools have committed to certifying at least 75 percent of their graduate students with TASK within three years.

Carleton College Eliminates Direct Fossil Fuel Holdings
The college's board of trustees voted recently to reduce exposure to fossil fuel investments in the college’s endowment by immediately eliminating all direct holdings of fossil fuel companies, and resolving to make no new investments in private funds that focus exclusively on oil and gas extraction.
Bucknell U Releases 10-Year Sustainability Plan
The recently released 10-year plan, which is in accordance with the university's strategic plan, calls for efforts to address issues such as energy use and sourcing, biodiversity and natural habitat, and waste minimization and recycling, while publicly reaffirming and continuing the stated goal of carbon neutrality by 2030. There are four strategic priorities–ensure environmental sustainability, enable social sustainability, engage technological sustainability and enhance governance and assets management processes for sustainability.
U Sherbrooke Achieves STARS Platinum
The university's latest STARS report highlights its Sustainable Development Action Plan 2018-2022, carbon neutrality, which was achieved in 2022, and a COVID-19 pandemic-related research project involving the recovery of personal protective equipment, specifically procedure masks.
